Initial phone call: discussion on goals, medical history, exercise history, lifestyle and nutrition, motivation and barriers, training preferences and logistics

First in-person session: movement assessment, learning core engagement techniques, sample workout to help you decide, if I'm the right trainer for you
Online Training
​No matter where you are, my online personal training offers customized programs specifically designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Each program is crafted to address your unique needs and objectives, whether you're at home, in a gym, or on the go.​​

​The monthly subscription includes a personalized training program, based on your goals, biweekly check-in calls for ongoing support and progress tracking, unlimited video form checking, comprehensive nutrition guidance, continuous program progression to keep you challenged.
